We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic Tech Support Team. This role will test your problem-solving skills and creativity every day with new challenges. Our team supports a global customer base and prides itself as being the best in the Petroleum Industry.

In this role:

  • Drive customer satisfaction through quick problem-solving resolutions

  • Ensure product quality issues are identified and reported accurately

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance their expertise and responsiveness to customer needs

  • Experiment with equipment and brainstorm with others to resolve issues by using lean tools

  • Learn and develop knowledge in electrical, hydraulics and low voltage circuits

On your first day, we'll expect that you'll have:

  • 2 Year Degree (technical preferred) or experience in a Technical/Field Support role

  • Proven experience working in a customer facing role

  • Effective time management, planning, organization, tracking and follow-up experience and exposure to troubleshooting or problem-solving

  • Ability to travel internationally to support customer visits as needed

The Claim Analyst provides a high level customer service, supports claims teams and handles low level claim files to conclusion. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties may include, but are not limited to: * Investigate and manage limited claim assignments characterized by clear coverage and liability. * Obtains and documents claim information. * Completes and documents OMNI as required. * Provides general administrative and customer service support to claims reps/team members to facilitate efficient claims management. * Completes claims registrations in OMNI * Provides backup to Claims Team Assistants as requested. SCOPE INFORMATION: This position reports to a Claims Team Leader. There are no positions reporting into this position. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 1-2 years claims processing experience. * Excellent customer service skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills with co-workers and outside contacts. * Effective time management and organizational skills to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. * Ability to operate independently and make decisions within appropriate scope of authority. * Working knowledge of windows-based software applications. * Keyboarding and data entry skills. * Knowledge of medical terminology a plus. * Working knowledge of mainframe systems a plus.
