Business Central/Shop Floor Maintenance

Business Central/Shop Floor Maintenance
- Ensure training materials are revised as needed for staff who are using WHI and SFI in the warehouse and on the production floor
- Liaise with operations, accounting, supply chain, shipping, to ensure effective and efficient systems and processes are followed and updated.
- Train staff on Business Central, WHI and SFI processes & procedures best practices. Support staff to ensure success on the production floor
- Assist with the development and training of dashboards and other tracking methods to ensure staff are able to track, verify and control the accuracy of data in Business Central
- Develop, implement and maintaining document filing structure and policies for document archiving and retrieval
- Integral part of all system changes, and necessary BC, WHI and SFI version upgrades
- Respond to all hardware issues related to WHI, SFI and Ceridian (scanners, tablets, printers etc.)
- Continue to support the rollout of WHI and SFI throughout the organization
- Other duties as assigned.
- Support the development and implementation of exciting new technologies
- Having a continuous improvement mindset, the ability to solve problems, and a strong desire to learn will allow you to make an impact.
- Adaptable to continuous change is important.
- Expert level with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Ensure superior operating performance through identifying opportunities and implementing improvements in costs, and plant operations
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in related fields
- 4-7 Years Experience in a related position
- Strong computer skills, including effective working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate cordially with team members, customers, colleagues, management, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Business Central
- Good knowledge of the workings of a manufacturing business
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong ability to pay attention to details and strive for excellent on work delivery
- Strong problem-solving ability to be able to provide solutions to challenging situations
- Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
- Other candidates with a valid Canadian work permit.
