This role will be based at H-E-B's new Austin tech headquarters. You will work in a fast-paced digital environment, and will be responsible for working with software, hardware, and network infrastructure components for an extensive amount of Mac users, as well as some PC users. Previous experience working with the Mac hardware & software areas listed below will be highly preferred for this role.

Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary

  • Works with minimal guidance and supervision by more senior partners

  • Provides on call and after hours support for one or more infrastructure technologies

  • Researches, analyzes and resolves complex Apple/Macintosh and Windows hardware and software problems

  • Researches, analyzes and resolves complex hardware problems related to infrastructure (Security, Network, Telecom)

  • Manages site and client asset inventory in a tracking system

  • Manages customer tickets to resolution and escalates to other teams as needed


  • Apple Mac OS and Hardware Support

  • iOS support for Apple Mobile Devices

  • Windows OS and Hardware Support

  • Android support for Android Mobile Devices

  • Linux\Windows Server Hardware support

  • Network Infrastructure Support Switch , Routers , Firewalls , Wireless Access Points

  • Phone systems Vertical , Siemens ROLM, Cisco

  • A\V Room Support Hardware and Vendor Management


  • Windows, Apple, Linux, and Solaris operating systems


  • Bomgar Remote Management

  • Microsoft Exchange and Unified Communications.

  • Microsoft Active Directory other LDAP directory tools.

  • ITIL systems management tools.

  • Enterprise storage system management software and associated replication technologies.

  • Enterprise job scheduling systems

  • JAMF/Casper Apple Client Management

  • Zoom Conferencing

  • Slack

  • HP Service Manager

  • HP PPM Project Portfolio Management Center

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting a Mac O/S user environment

  • Bachelor's Degree or appropriate industry certifications (ASCP, ACMT highly preferred)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Function in a fast-paced, office environment

  • Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays

  • Sit for an extended period of time

  • Work extended hours

  • Lift up to 50lbs

Supports interdepartmental teams through benefit plan processing, analysis, and maintenance. Provides additional support to interdepartmental teams regarding plan benefits and fee schedules. Primary Responsibilities: * Manages and configures benefit plan configuration methodologies within specified timeframes into claims payment system * Understands and maneuvers within health plan partner online websites * Tests and audits claims payment accuracy against benefit configuration loaded into claims payment system * Partners with other departments to ensure appropriate data is collected and maintained * Interprets and configures benefit and fee schedule terms and claims coding in a risk based environment * Understands health insurance benefit administration in a risk based environment * Responsible for implementing and configuring new benefit plan information for new business strategies * Acts as a resource to other internal departments on benefit issues * Expected to meet or exceed departmental timeframes and quality metrics on a consistent basis * Takes ownership of the work process, seeks ways to improve job and process efficiency and makes appropriate suggestions and solutions to management Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalent * 3 years of health care claims processing experience * Medical terminology, 10-key and computer literacy * Proficient with Medicare processing guidelines, RBRVS, facility and ambulatory payment methodologies Preferred Qualifications: * Medical coding certification * Experience in claims processing * Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Accounting or Finance * Experience in contract configuration loading * Experience in credentialing, contracting or utilization management * Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize and communicate effectively WellMed was founded in 1990 with a vision of being a physician-led company that could change the face of healthcare delivery for seniors.
