Job Summary Responsible for ensuring the technical and scientific oversight of the Satellite Laboratories in coordination with the Laboratory Director, as well as, serving as a technical reviewer for the Pediatric Practice Solutions (PPS) laboratories, Employee Health Laboratory, Respiratory Care Laboratory, Critical Care Transport, and Point of Care Testing. This person must be available to provide consultation to the Satellite Laboratories including services for the PPS laboratories either on-site, by telephone or electronically. This person must periodically conduct on-site audits as scheduled for each satellite laboratory location, as well as, PPS laboratories to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, as well as, adhering to all local, state, and federal laws. Education Bachelor#s: At least 6 years experience of pertinent clinical laboratory experience in hematology and chemistry, of which, four years training or experience, or both in high complexity testing as a medical technologist required. OR Master#s: At least 4 years experience of pertinent clinical laboratory experience in hematology and chemistry, of which, 2 years training or experience, or both in high complexity testing as a medical technologist required. Experience 1-2 year(s) supervisory experience Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries Registered as a Medical Technologist with a national board of registry- ASCP or equivalent required.

Education
