Main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with Regulatory and Supply Chain Planning to ensure information are provided in clear and non challengeable format for data entry.

• Ensure the product/Country combination entered in the system (LOTS) is fully aligned to data provided by responsible teams

• Ensure Ship from information are correct to meet the replenishment requirements of EMEA

• Be a liaison with Commercial and order fullfilment teams in case of allocation issue

• Escalation point for data issues related to Legal Manufacturer

• Responsible for creating the connection / link between transactional and functional Product Master Data

• Preparing reports on compliance of Product Master Data as required by Team Leader or internal customers

About you

• Advanced English

• Nice to have experience in master data field

• Strong organizational and co-ordination skills

• Very good communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn and understand deeply the E2E processes to assess impact of master data

• Disciplined to master multiple requests

• Familiarity with MS Excel

• Good analytical skills , from high to low level of details
