Technical Specialist Equipment Repair
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Work with Operations and Equipment Engineering teams to continuously adapt the maintenance process for maximum equipment effectiveness.
You are responsible for
Evaluate PM Process Effectiveness - Drive data-driven changes to improve PM processes and schedules
Represent Equipment Repair in higher level projects, new equipment development, and sustaining equipment continuous improvement activities at RIMR or RIST
Support Equipment Tooling File development and documentation updates
Evaluate Equipment Repair Performance - identify training gaps, process changes, drive improvement
Act as backup SME for Calibration, Environmental Monitoring, and Equipment Repair
Competent in Calibration process and able to pull cal records
Competent in Environmental monitoring and able to pull data
Act as administrator for RAM
Act as administrator for Andon changes/support
Repair & PM Production Equipment as needed.
You are a part of
The Equipment Repair Team at RIMR and RIST. This flexible team works together using troubleshooting techniques to maintain production equipment across multiple shifts at each building.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or Associates degree in Engineering discipline
5+ years applicable experience repairing equipment or 10 years' experience repairing equipment.
Strong skills in Excel
Experience in data collection, charting, compiling charts, etc.
Experience in small project leadership
Knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems.
Strong teaming skills
