We are looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to partner with recruiters and drive sourcing efforts across the business. What you'll do:
Use creative methods to source a diverse slate of prospects in the SF, SEA, DC, and UK markets
Build and maintain best practices and use a data-driven approach to optimize outreach and iterate on sourcing strategies
Craft engaging messaging content for outreach campaigns
Strategic talent mapping of the industry and competitive landscape
Champion and spearhead various initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity
Understand your pipeline metrics and have the ability to adjust focus accordingly
Build a system and process to track progress and status
What experience you'll ideally bring:
Has 2+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high volume environment
2+ years in-house startup experience
Experience working with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs
Passion for building a consistent, diverse, and high level pipeline
Ability to engage passive talent with excellent communication skills both written and oral
Sourcing experience specifically focused on engineering, product, and/or data science roles
Prior knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), Gem or Entelo, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Talent acquisition experience in a mission-driven organization
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in tech experience- either in sourcing work or advocacy
