As a Technical Solutions Architect you will be in the middle of all of the technical issues facing our client base. Using this knowledge to help identify/define improvements to our technology.
Does this sound like you?
Diploma or B.S. In Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
You have experience in Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development or related discipline.
You understand internet advertising systems (Google AdWords, Ad Networks, or other affiliate systems)
You've worked with an internet marketing or business development team
Ability to perform log analysis, including writing SQL queries.
Experience in Web application and tool development advantageous
Experience of at least one scripting/programming language (Python, PHP) is preferred.
You'll be leading technical integration of new clients as required by the Head of Onboarding
Assist in the creation of technical related help content / documentation that will be available to our client base
Serve as a go to person with regards to technical product knowledge for the Customer Success team
Provide technical support as needed in the sales process.
Assist with quality assurance and execute test plans when product releases go through regression before release.
