Fidelity Bank is looking for a Technical Services Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of the Information Technology function; achieving goals as established in the Information Technology Department's annual operating plan; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with established operating policies and procedures; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; specialized education and training in a related field.

Skill(s): Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; moderate interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient keyboarding skills; sufficient knowledge of various PC software and applications including MS Office products, desktop application interface software, etc.; proficient PC skills; knowledge of various office equipment; visual and auditory skills; ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift items weighing 50 lbs. or less; valid driver's license.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related experience normally required.
