POSITION OVERVIEW

SteerBridge seeks a Technical Services Manager to provide management, direction, and administrative support to contact center engineering and services.Veterans and Military Spouses encouraged to apply.

REQUIRED

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to work on occasion in Elizabethtown, KY

EDUCATION

Minimum high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 5 years Program Management experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT program management.
  • IAT II (IAT Level 2 Certification).
  • Minimum 1-year successful experience managing a similar Government program or task order.
  • Minimum 1-year successful experience managing an IT help desk.
  • Ability to travel on occasion to either Elizabethtown, KY.

SKILLS

Candidates must bring demonstrated skills/experience in:

  • Technical Support: Serve as a point of contact for technical support and issue resolution related to DSN services, providing assistance to end-users and troubleshooting complex network problems.
  • Incident Response: Establish and oversee procedures for incident response and disaster recovery related to DSN outages or security breaches, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to minimize impact and restore services promptly.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with military regulations, policies, and directives governing telecommunications and information security, maintaining audit readiness and addressing any non-compliance issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, or technology upgrades to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and security of DSN operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other technical teams and departments at Elizabethtown, such as IT, cybersecurity, and telecommunications, to integrate DSN services with broader infrastructure and support collective mission objectives.
