The Opportunity

This role is intended to provide support to the Central Technical Services Training and Development team. The role will be involved with key projects focused on employee development, enhancement of training materials, and Technical Service LOB performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;

  • Management of email communication between self and Clean Harbors Technical Services Management

  • Creation of documents in line with assigned project scopes

  • Research on key areas of Technical services utilizing system generated reports and Power BI data

  • Analysis of Excel data related to performance of Technical Service employees

  • Interacting with CleanPack chemists, Retail Technicians, and their managers related to research findings

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Strong Organizational Skills

  • Comfortable with light field work

  • Chemistry or Environmental science background

  • Knowledge of training implementation plans preferred

  • Some experience with data analytics Software preferred

VIEW JOBS 2/22/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-22T00:00 The Opportunity As a Breakdown Services Coordinator you will be accountable for all outsourced third-party breakdown repair orders daily. You will coordinate response to all breakdown events in accordance with vendor availability and capability to minimize maintenance delays and maximize asset availability. The hours for this position are Tuesday-Saturday 8AM-5PM. Why work for Clean Harbors? * Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5! * Competitive wages * Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment * Group 401K with company matching component * Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career * Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement * Positive and safe work environments Key Responsibilities: * Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times; * Receive all incoming Fleet Maintenance related calls, including driver breakdowns; * Coordinate response to vehicle breakdowns by utilizing our nationwide network of preferred service providers; * Manage all third-party repair orders for our National Account Breakdown Service providers; * Review all quotes received while on shift and identify areas where repair cost can be reduced / eliminated; * Identify rework scenarios where repairs should be denied and or be covered under warranty; * Identify repairs that should be covered under OEM or aftermarket parts suppliers warranty; * Coordinate with third party vendors to collect quotes, invoices and preventative maintenance forms; * Create purchase orders for third-party breakdown repairs; What does it take to work for Clean Harbors? * High school diploma or equivalent required; * 1+ years of transportation coordination experience required; * 1+ year of Customer Service experience required; * Call center experience preferred; * Ability to create actionable items out of data and information; * Strategic planning, coupled with tactical execution; * Proficient in MS Office Applications - MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS project.
