Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US, LLC. has an excellent opportunity for a TECHNICAL SERVICE ADVISOR II in the Cooling & Heating Division in the Suwanee, GA.
Responsible for providing technical support to contractors, distributors, DSG members, ASMs, and anyone else that is in need of specs, troubleshooting, or design of a system. Responsible to develop training for the TSA I and TSA II. Responsible to work with the factory on issues and to get the resolutions.
Solving common, uncommon and complex technical problems associated with HVAC equipment.
Provides technical support via telephone and email to a large volume of customers.
Provides technical information to a network of Diamond Service Group members via phone, email and DSG forum.
Reads and understands wiring schematics and refrigerant circuit diagrams and conveys information to customers.
Follows refrigerant diagrams to diagnose any issues with the circuit.
Operates any controls that will connect, communicate, or operate with any of the Mitsubishi equipment.
Able to use Maintenance Tool to help either techs, ASMs, other TSAs, DSGs, and anyone else that using this software.
Help design new control training information with the TSA Controls Specialist.
Understands and reasons in-depth concepts and principles such as AC/DC theory, inductance, and digital communications.
Provide support for Mitsubishi field personal such as Business Unit Service Managers, Area Service Managers and Sales personal.
Support special factory refrigeration projects
High School graduate or equivalent.
Minimum two (2) years HVAC graduate, Technical College preferred.
9-15 years field experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Email)
Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
