As a member of the CX team, this position will be the subject matter expert for Electric Mirror's Television and Computer related products. Supports the overall sales and support efforts by providing equipment, integration and product recommendations and expertise to sales, CX, and customers. The Technical Sales Support Specialist will address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction on-site, by phone, email and live chat. This position requires a strong technical/mechanical aptitude and TV programming/integration expertise along with familiarity with computer hardware/software, networking, electrical circuits, wiring and diagrams, computer and TV trouble shooting. Advanced Excel skills, ability to pull data from multiple data bases and reporting are a plus.
Makes proactive contact with customer to determine their level of satisfaction, manage expectations, and influence new sales. Utilize ERP and CRM to document and track issues and outcomes.
Who you are and what you will be doing:
Provides technical and sales support for customers, sales leadership, sales executives, and for international sales..
Perform technical review of RFQ specifications and provide quote proposals per order entry procedures. Interface with customers, sales representatives, and distributors to gather all the technical information to meet customer requirements.
Provide quotes for integrated systems and training outside of initial sales scope.
Write/review proposals and ensure that quoted pricing meets EM objectives.
Provide support on all standard quotes and projects and work with engineers at EM on all non-standard equipment. Liaise with EM team and customers to ensure communications are clearly defined and understood.
Perform technical review of orders and work with customers to resolve discrepancies.
Participate in technical sales requirements for new application of EM products and new EM technologies/products.
Plan, organize, and manage customer service requests for hospitality and residential clients in CRM.
Present a professional image to the customers and vendors over the phone.
Perform other tasks that benefit the business unit as directed.

Education & Experience Requirement
Two years minimum experience in a Customer Service or Sales role.
Demonstrable results in trouble shooting, diagnosis and implementing resolution of issues.Previous experience in the Hospitality, Telecommunications or Cable TV industries a plus
S. Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience 2-3 years 5 years preferred in technical support, field service, application engineering or field related work.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Knowledge of CRM/ERP software preferred.
Advanced writing and verbal communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of EM products preferred.
Occasional travel and a valid passport is required.
Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
