DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cultivate and grow customer relationships with face-to-face and virtual interactions.
Educate and train our dealers on our digital platforms.
Collaborate with Inside Sales and Account Management teams to accomplish key business initiatives utilizing our digital assets with the goal of growing digital engagement and sales.
Track and report your efforts while suggesting areas of interest from dealer interactions.
Participate and assist in strategic projects related to expanding the digital sales channel as we work to grow digital engagement and sales.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and logically to troubleshoot technical issues.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
