Our open role, specializing in ADAS products, your primary responsibility will be to work within a defined territory to sell and support Snap-on Equipment ADAS products to Collision Centers, Automotive Dealerships, and general service automotive repair facilities. Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate subject matter expertise related to Snap-on equipment (ADAS products)
Present regular technology seminars focusing on ADAS and Alignment services
Support existing customer base through training and technical support
Work with internal and external business partners to generate sales leads
Generate sales of ADAS equipment within assigned territory
Accurately quote prices, prepare proposals, and conduct location surveys to gauge fit of desired products
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers through cold calls, lead generation and proactive canvasing of territory
Develop, foster, and sustain relationships with existing customers
Work collaboratively with essential field sales and field service team members to deliver cohesive customer experiences
Facilitate dynamic customer equipment trainings and demonstrations
Establish and maintain supportive relationships with Snap-on franchisees
Leverage other divisions to drive inclusive customer solutions and brand awareness
Generate and expedite resolution of customer concerns with professional courtesy and appropriate escalation
Analyze territory potential, track sales, and generate reporting to management
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Automotive Repair: 3 years minimum
Outside Sales: 1 year preferred
Knowledge of and experience in performing ADAS calibration services
Strong technical abilities and familiarity with automotive service equipment required
Professional outside sales experience with portfolio of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities with concurrent timelines
Energetic, sense of urgency, motivated to sell, passion for the industry, and positive representation of the Snap-on brand
Commitment to the sales of premium ADAS service equipment
Continuous learner seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge for maximum career progression
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Excellent written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
SALARY
Earning Potential: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 + per year (uncapped commissions)
