As a Technical Sales Associate, you will become an expert in the Learndot Suite of products that span our many customers. You will talk to new prospects interested in our products to help them visualize a solution to their Customer Education needs as well as partner with existing customers to continue to drive their initiatives. You will be an advocate for our products, knowing the features thoroughly, as well as the voice of our customers. You will partner closely with Product, Success, Sales and Implementation teams across the organization.
What you will do as a Technical Sales Associate:
Own the prospect's experience from initial reach-out to close.
Deeply learn the products and how they drive value for our current customers. Be able to communicate this effectively to prospects.
Lead demos of new and existing product features
Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems; effectively communicate how Learndot can help solve them
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering team to continue to drive product excellence and product market fit.
Work closely with the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
Use and maintain the Salesforce.com and Hubspot; provide metrics on the pipeline
You care deeply, genuinely and passionately about building great products and solving problems for customers
You are skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly.
You are a naturally empathetic and articulate communicator.
You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
You are a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
Ideally if you have up to One year of sales experience.
