Job Description
VWTS's Water Technologies and Solutions business is looking for an Account Manager
to join our Engineered Systems (ES) Asset Care Services Sales Team.
Position Purpose
In this role you will promote and sell our complete pure water/ultrapure treatment
systems to light industry clients in the Houston, Texas region. Additionally you will
support clients in the region for expansions, additions, water conservation projects, and
account management that puts you on the client's team. That offering includes our
Service Deionization through to our standard reverse osmosis systems. Veolia Water
Technologies and Solutions (VWTS) carry one of the broadest product lines in our
industry. In this role you will develop and execute growth plans for the assigned region.
Collaboration with adjacent team members is a must for this role. A successful
candidate will be skilled in communication, lead with technical competency and win with
integrity.
Duties & Responsibilities
Working with your Team Leader you will develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan for the assigned territory and markets
You will be responsible for account ownership of ongoing and supplemental business as well as renewals
In collaboration with our Engineering and Commercial Operations department you will understand and communicate customer's needs, qualify leads, and work closely with all stakeholders to provide competitive solutions for our customers
In conjunction with your Team Leader and the Fulfillment Team leader you will routinely provide accurate opportunity and sales forecasts
Proactively drive the SDI product line and outsourcing solutions to the overall potential customer base
Collaborate with our Bridge/IX team (those serving our heavy industries) to build strategy and tactics to maximize VWTS's mobile / outsourcing solutions
Foster a partnership with the Chemical & Monitoring Solutions (CMS) team to maximize synergy with their accounts and growth initiatives
Develop a pipeline of well-qualified projects, which will provide short, medium and long-term success
Salary Range $85,000 - $110,000
Provide prompt and responsive service to sales clients in respective areas
Support company's new product launch campaigns and gather market information for company's new developments
Interface with Product Marketing and other disciplines to leverage their expertise to create value proposition for customer
Make integrity a main driver for all activities
Travel regularly and frequently within the territory
Deliver results meeting goals on revenue and bookings, and fulfill other goals and objectives

Minimum of 2 years of equipment sales / Service Deionization sales experience
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
Service experience
Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision
Ability to prioritize multi-faceted, fast paced job tasks
Strong understanding of the industrial marketplace and value of VWTS solutions
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Effective oral and written communication skills, gifted with interpersonal skills,
and positive commercial acumen
