Position description:
Peraton is seeking a Technical Requirements Analyst candidate to support an Intelligence Community customer in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, prioritizing, and vetting customer business requirements. Duties and responsibilities include:
Identify and document all requests from stakeholders and outside entities.
Manage the creation, review, and analysis of IT requirements for customer systems.
Translate and communicate complex technical documentation and subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences.
Help prioritize requirement and functional needs based on customer business processes and mission goals.
Reviews software design, change specifications, and plans against process requirements.
Reviews and understands system test requirements, integrated testing activities, and results.
Provide support with user acceptance testing prior to full production deployments.
Provide input for customer-facing design reviews.
Assist in providing final approval documentation for implementation of IT and functional requirements.
Qualifications
5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance adjudication, OR TS with SCI eligibility and active poly OR ability to pass a poly
Bachelor's degree in a field of study applicable to the position with 5+ years of relevant experience. Additional 4 years experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Must have experience working all aspects of Requirements Management
Gather requirements from the key stakeholders by using requirement elicitation techniques like brainstorming, requirement workshops, focus groups, and others
Ability to validate requirements by cross-referencing them with other stakeholders
Ability to analyze and interpret requirements for their viability against the business objectives
Recommend workarounds, value additions and remove solution bottlenecks for the stakeholders
Document requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents
Gain requirements sign-off from the key stakeholders by making sure there is consensus in understanding requirements prior to final approval
Serve as the Requirement Manager who validates any new requirement for its effect and impact on the existing requirement set of the project
Assist with all phases of testing
Demonstrate advanced elicitation and interviewing skills
Demonstrate solid facilitation and observational skills
Experience with IT services, the software development life cycle (SDLC), or technology deployments
Ability to work closely with clients in a shared working environment
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively along a broad spectrum from executive management to support staff
Able to understand the broader perspective surrounding the solution to be developed
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge in Agile methodology and serving as a Scrum Master
Formal training in the Information Technology field, specifically around application development
Strong will to learn new technologies and concepts
Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command over spoken and written communications
Strong customer relationship skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
