The News Operations team provides support, guidance and training to help publishers make the most of their content on the platform, and we are seeking a Technical Relationship Manager to join the team!This role can be based out of our office in New York City OR Cupertino, CA.

We forge strong and lasting relationships with publishers of all sizes, from multinationals to indies. It is the job of the News Operations team to take the latest updates to Apple News Format from Engineering directly to publisher development teams, offer support and capture feedback.
With a monthly release cycle, you will need to stay on top of product development, work cross-functionally to keep all teams abreast of updates and effectively translate all this for an external audience. You will be a strong communicator, have an eye for detail and be customer focused. You will have a strong understanding of current web publishing standards and feel confident providing feedback to external project managers.
