The DoorDash Recruiting Team is focused on building DoorDash culture, one quality hire at a time. We partner with hiring teams to execute recruiting strategies that help DoorDash to hire qualified candidates in the most efficient and unbiased ways.
About the Role
As a Technical Recruiting Manager, you will oversee a team of 5 - 8 engineering recruiters who support hiring across product engineering, infrastructure engineering, security, and data science. You will oversee the hiring strategy and execution across multiple engineering teams and work directly with several Directors of Engineering. You will report to the Director of Engineering Recruiting in our People organization.

Create and accomplish quarterly hiring goals to build the engineering teams you directly support
Partner directly with several engineering leaders to communicate progress, strategies, challenges, and mitigations against their hiring plans
Lead a team of IC recruiters and help them grow their careers at DoorDash
Help refine our engineering hiring processes to ensure we have an efficient, thoughtful, and fair interview process

You have 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 1 year of direct people management experience leading a team of 3 or more Recruiters.
You have experience working with Director+ hiring partners
You have mastered successful pipeline management using an ATS
You're metrics driven - you use data to help guide your decisions
