  • About the Role

  • As a Technical Recruiting Manager, you will oversee a team of 5 - 8 engineering recruiters who support hiring across product engineering, infrastructure engineering, security, and data science. You will oversee the hiring strategy and execution across multiple engineering teams and work directly with several Directors of Engineering. You will report to the Director of Engineering Recruiting in our People organization.

  • You have 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 1 year of direct people management experience leading a team of 3 or more Recruiters.
