GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, screening, and conducting initial interviews with specialized TS/SCI cleared cyber and information operations potential employees.
DUTIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies
Research, recommend, and execute technical recruiting strategies
Stay up to date on recruiting research and best practices
Screen candidates resumes and job qualifications and make recommendations to hiring manager
Conduct initial interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes regarding specialized job roles
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, and other reliable sources
Provide advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates
Attend jobs fairs, industry conferences, and trade shows; run company booth at job fairs; may be required to host job fairs
Administer human resources policies and procedures that pertain to recruiting and selection
Process paperwork for functional area according to established procedures
Travel may be required
Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in recruiting Cyber Security and/or IT is required
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience to include at least two (2) in government contracting is preferred
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance ability. TS/SCI clearance a plus
Experience in sourcing candidates from multiple platforms. Creativity is a must.
Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment with rapidly changing demands
Must have strong math, writing, and communications skills
Must be able to use sound judgement, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
Must be able to work well under pressure, prioritize task, and meet deadlines
Must be detail oriented, with exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Must be self-motivated, energetic, and able to partner effectively with HR team and leadership to gain their respect and trust
Must be able to hold yourself and others accountable for a high level of performance and integrity
Must be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged
Must be willing to work extended hours per day or per week, including weekends and/or holidays if necessary to meet business needs
Strong experience in Applicant tracking systems
We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing

Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
