To support this exciting growth, we are seeking a Superstar Recruiter to join our Awesome Team in Irving, TX! The RumbleOn Technical Recruiter will be tasked with all stages of the recruitment process for both technology focused roles (Software Engineers, Data Analytics, Network Security, Database Management, Web Developers, etc.) and other roles as assigned by Director of Talent. You will develop a thorough understanding of our company and culture and use that understanding to ensure we select the right candidates.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned in-house recruiter who is skilled at sourcing top-notch candidates in a variety of functions. You are a self-started and are able to work independently, but understand the importance of teamwork! You have exceptional phone skills as well as outstanding follow-up and negotiation skills. You are familiar with common software development technologies and languages.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment from needs gathering through offer negotiation and keeping new hires engaged till they are on site for their first day of work (sourcing, screening, follow up, background, offer letters, etc.)
  • Assist with hiring for for mostly Technology, Development, and IT roles, but also Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and other departments as assigned by Talent Director based on company needs (teamwork makes the dreamwork!)
  • Source applicants through social channels and technology based platforms (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, etc.)
  • Create job descriptions/job ads and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position and target the best candidates for the role.
  • Keep excellent records/documentation of all interactions with candidates in our ATS.
  • Administrative tasks related to job postings, job descriptions, pay plans, organizing electronic files, scheduling interviews, emails, etc.
  • Negotiate salary, compensation packages, relocation, immigration services, and other hiring details with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Create, evaluate, and edit offer letters, background checks, reference checks, pay plans, etc. as needed.
  • Participate in an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
  • Keep the human touch in our sourcing and hiring so that applicants have an outstanding experience with our company regardless of the end result-selected for hire or not

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience sourcing and recruiting with at least 2+ years experience recruiting software developers
  • Bachelors degree in business, human resources, technology, software development, or a related field desired
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable or Workday experience preferred)
  • Experience writing catchy, relevant, and successful job ads
  • Strong and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment, immigration, labor laws, etc.
  • Successful track record of sourcing candidates, social recruiting, and utilizing creative methods to build a great talent pipeline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Savvy with the latest tech and tools
  • An high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Experience with and understanding of common software development technologies and languages (e.g. .net, React, Jenkins, Octopus, Elastic Search, SQL, Postgres, SQL, SDLC, Serenity, Power BI, JSON, XML, Java, PHP, Angular, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Preference is that you reside in the Dallas/Fort-Worth metroplex and are open to hybrid work arrangements- you can only sell the full benefits of joining RumbleOn if you live it yourself after all!
