As a member of our recruiting team, the Technical Recruiter owns and drives a consultative recruiting process from end-to-end while building meaningful relationships with all stakeholders. We work collaboratively with our hiring managers to partner and develop innovative strategies to find candidates for our technology-focused business teams.
Consult with business managers to identify job requirements and develop effective and appealing job descriptions, candidate specs, and sourcing strategies that effectively market opportunities.
Advise and constructively guide internal clients by sharing your market expertise to deploy recruiting best practices, including sourcing strategies, evaluation techniques, and offer negotiations.
Provide high touch service and build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, candidates and HR team members in order to find and attract the best talent.
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with candidates through innovative sourcing techniques to build current and future pipeline from a variety of talent pools (companies, schools, etc.), ensuring proactive diversity strategies are incorporated.
Manage, prioritize and close searches in a metrics driven environment while delivering a superb client and candidate experience.
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Business Leaders, and Executive Team.)
Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the recruiting team by sharing new information about sourcing practices, industries, and talent pools.
Employ a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to elevate execution and deliver ever better results, and implementing solutions.
3+ years experience recruiting technical candidates.
Skill and innovation in pipelining passive talent into highly competitive roles, particularly in leveraging a CRM.
Demonstrated experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
Practice in problem-solving across all stages of the hiring cycle.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent military and/or work experience.
