Who You Will Support:
Nike Technology, the teams behind Nike's leading Tech, Digital Transformation, innovation and delivery. Specifically, teams who lead the design, creation and implementation of technologies, methods, and resources to make the world's largest sport brand run faster, smarter, and more securely.
As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be supporting Nike's overall Technology organization; working across all areas of the business (Ex: Digital, Product, Sustainability, etc.). In this role you will provide full life-cycle recruiting, develop strategies to source and attract talent, as well as create and sustain effective methods and processes to strengthen the most innovative and qualified candidates to Nike at the right time.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Two years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 3 years of full cycle Technical Recruiting experience in a high-volume, metrics driven organization.
Experience in an Agile environment, participation in sprints, or Agile TA model highly desired.
Prior exposure to and participation in catalyzing organizational change preferred.
Experience with Taleo and Avature preferred.
