The Technical Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced, dynamic environment, supporting both candidates and hiring managers and serves as the subject matter expert.
Duties & Responsibilities
Executes and supports recruitment strategies for engineering and technology openings up to the manager level for assigned client group; candidates are both internal and external.
Consults on, influences for, and drives best hiring practices and outcomes with hiring managers.
Collaborates in a matrixed organization at multiple levels, effectively handling multiple relationships, processes and deliverable expectations.
Takes full ownership for recruiting life cycle (kickoff, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection).
Typically handles 10+ candidate searches simultaneously.
Roles typically follow an established process and may include homogeneous positions or other titles as needed.
Ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and other government regulations.
Basic Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
Minimum three (3) years professional or technical recruiting experience including successful experience with managing multiple / technology specific searches.
At least two (2) years search and/or sourcing experience using ATS and other internet search tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interpret and accurately communicate job requirements to potential candidates and lead discussions with hiring managers.
High level of PC Proficiency and ATS / digital search sites.
Sense of urgency and prioritizing multiple recruitment tasks.
Working with ambiguity and adapting to change with ease and confidence.
Demonstrating a strong sense of quality work and attention to detail.
Experience dealing with complex customers and managing through difficult interactions.
Understanding of corporate compensation and benefits tools and knowledge.
Advocate to clients in order to create a positive candidate experience
