You will play an essential role in fueling Geocent's growth with exceptional talent.
Work closely with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers and Executives to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating quality candidate flow to meet recruiting goals
Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company's hire process.
Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation in company's in-house system on all candidates, including hiring managers interactions, EEOC information, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
Initiates and maintains excellent working relations within the company and works cooperatively with all employees and peers.
Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in recruiting practices.
Schedule and attend career fairs.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -
Must be able to read, write, speak and have a good understanding of the English language
Identify potential candidates through networking, cold calling and web sourcing
Contact and engage potential candidates to participate in our recruiting process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings
Attend recruiting events
3+ Years of recruiting experience
Previous technology recruiting experience, preferred
Ability to grasp new technologies
Expert level internet search/sourcing and networking skills
Ability to work independently
Exceptional communication, organizational and problem solving skills
Strong recruiting tools (including ATS) experience, iCIMS preferred
