  • Full Cycle Recruiting to include creating job descriptions for funded and proposal positions; create job descriptions from government documentation (RTEP, SOW, PWS, etc.), consulting with Project/Program Managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria, extending offers and security onboarding
  • Maintain job postings on various job boards and respond appropriately to interested candidates
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System
  • Conduct phone screens and facilitate candidates interviews with PM or customer
  • Provide a summary of the candidates background, overall outcome of the interview and salary requirements to the hiring manager, HR, and accounting departments
  • Utilize PayScale to provide salary information to Management Team and Accounting department to assist with appropriate salary offering
  • Request references and perform reference checks for all candidates offered a position
  • Promote Employee Referral program to obtain prospective candidates from current staff
  • Maintain recruiting pipeline to track potential surges in recruiting
  • Follow Security Requirement Risk levels from the PWS/SOW to ensure proper investigation level paperwork is sent to resource for initiating Public Trusts
  • Update metrics as needed
  • Work with the PM and COR to properly submit Security Onboarding paperwork for background investigations, network access, and PIV badges
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
. Requirements:
  • BS/BA or equivalent with 5 years of experience as a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter
  • Thorough understanding federal contract security onboarding
  • Experience sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and candidates
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications and Core Competencies:

  • Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, Paylocity
  • General knowledge of HR principles, employment, and immigration laws
  • Ability to write job descriptions and compelling recruitment advertisements
  • Highly professional ability to maintain tact and confidentiality at all times
  • Remote work experience preferred
