We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven recruiter to become a high-performing Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) specialist, engaging with and advising some of the brightest minds in the industry. As a core member of this team, you'll become an expert in D&I recruiting, and will serve as a dedicated consultant to a select number of companies.
As a tier-one vendor for the world's most competitive financial and technology firms, you will develop professional relationships with technology experts, managers, and executives.

What you'll do:
Partner directly with industry leaders to identify highly valued talent
Create and execute research and sourcing strategies to identify top technologists of diverse backgrounds and skillsets
Build a pipeline of high-potential candidates to fulfill various client requirements
Develop strong relationships with candidates and advise them on potential career opportunities on behalf of a select group of clients
Leverage an innate intellectual curiosity and develop market knowledge to engage talent
Become a Subject Matter Expert in Diversity and Inclusion and a champion of representation within the tech industry
What we're looking for:
Success demands sophisticated communication, emotional intelligence, empathy and intellectual curiosity. Recruiting experience in a variety of technical environments ranging from corporate recruiting, third-party engineering recruiting, or other forms of technical talent engagement.
Bachelor's degree with significant accomplishments inside and outside the classroom (minimum of a 3.3 GPA from a top-tier academic institution);
Highly sophisticated communication skills (oral & written): ability to establish contacts and build long term relationships;
Persuasive, confident and clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
Articulate, positive attitude and presentable demeanor with an ability to maintain composure during negotiation and in the face of rejection;
Demonstrated ability to interact with senior level technology and financial services professionals;
Sense of humor; mandatory.
