Cornelis Networks is hiring a talented Technical Recruiter to help drive the full lifecycle hiring process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing top talent. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and build a strong pipeline of candidates for the engineering, product, and design teams.

Utilizing various sourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, and referrals, they proactively engage passive candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the Technical Recruiter tracks hiring metrics, optimizes processes, and contributes to Cornelis's branding efforts to position it as a top destination for tech talent, all while operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical roles, from sourcing to closing top candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent strategies.
  • Proactively source, engage, and nurture passive candidates through various channels.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, maintaining high-touch communication and engagement.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, helping position Cornelis Networks as a top employer in the tech space.
  • Use data-driven insights to track hiring performance, optimize recruiting strategies, and report on key metrics.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive hiring practices in the tech startup ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building, scaling and driving recruiting processes from the ground up in a high-growth startup or technology environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with leadership teams.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, referrals, and employer branding.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance related to hiring and recruiting.

Location: This role fully supports remote work for employees residing within the United States, with the flexibility to travel to our Chesterbrook Corporate Center located in Wayne, PA occasionally for in-person collaboration.

At Cornelis Networks your base salary is only one component of your comprehensive total rewards package. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and location relative to the hiring range for the position. Depending on your role, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, including an annual bonus or sales incentives.

In addition to your base pay, you'll have access to a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as disability and life insurance, a dependent care flexible spending account, accidental injury insurance, and pet insurance.
