Technical Recruiter

Job Purpose

Recruiting active and passive candidates, reviewing resumes, phone screening, face to face meetings with candidates as well as clients, checking references in line with company policies and governmental regulations, and most importantly establishing a long term relationship with your consultant base. Associate must also have full knowledge of recruiting practices and the ability to think creatively.

Essential Functions

  • Identify, interview, and facilitating the hiring of salaried, full-time, W-2, and Corp to Corp technical staff with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitask, team environment 40%
  • Coordinate and communicate with management to assess staffing needs 5%
  • Create, maintain, and updated candidate database records 5%
  • Prep and coordinate consultant client interviews 10%
  • Coordinate technical tests and verify consultant references 5%
  • Generate client leads and consultant referrals 10%
  • Manage and post all open positions, using Bullhorn. 15%
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare resume profiles, and assist with on-boarding activities. 10%

Education

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience/Background
1 to 2 years

Previous Job Experience

  • Previous experience in any type of HR and/or Recruiting

  • Outstanding and effective telephone skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities

  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills

  • Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Experience in a fast paced work environment

Special Knowledge/Skills

Any hands-on technical IT experience is a bonus.
