Technical Recruiter

We seek an experienced Technical Recruiter to source and hire top talent for IT roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

This is a 6 month contract with extensions, hybrid, 1-2 days in office in Boston, MA. No Vendors or Corp to Corp Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements. Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential candidates.

Write job descriptions and post on relevant platforms. Attend networking events to build candidate pipelines. Track recruitment metrics for process improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Proven experience in technical recruitment. Experience recruiting for Machine Learning, AI, Infrastructure and Software testing roles.

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
