Technical Project Manager

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our IT team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by aggressively owning the implementation and maintenance of strategic technical initiatives surrounding scalability, security, and compliance.

As an IT Project Manager at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by overseeing various network and security infrastructures. You will report directly to our Director of IT and work closely with teams of Systems and Network Administrators and Technical Support Specialists.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Take ownership over leading strategic IT initiatives for completion both on-time and within budget

• Anticipate, resist, and respond to security threats through management of our security tools

• Onboard and configure systems into West Shore Home's identity management systems to ensure proper access control and team scalability

• Design and implement best practice project management strategies and methodology

What It Takes to Succeed

• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Minimum 2 years progressive experience in IT Management or IT Project Management

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related fields preferred
