Requirements:

Senior level Technical Project Manager (TPM) with experience delivering software development projects. TPM will be responsible for working with the Anti-Fraud Solutions Group senior leadership along with product owners and technical architects to define project scope, technical direction, and project milestones for pilot and implementation delivery of anti-fraud solution products. TPM will have responsibility for working with internal and external stakeholders to define estimates, determine/identify/address resource needs. TPM will handle tracking of all project deliverables, as well as issue management, change management, release management for implementation of desired functionality. TPM will need to have the ability to deliver multiple cross functional projects, and execute in a matrix environment. TPM role should be able to execute the SDLC using Scrum/Agile development techniques. Should have a great understanding of the overall project management principles and working knowledge of insurance operations.

  • Experience developing and implementing a project plan including work breakdown structure with time estimates.

  • Develop, implement, track and report on project plan, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, issues, communication, integration and scope statement.

  • Oversees various systems projects of significant magnitude in terms of complexity, cost, time-constraints, internal and external staffing, and equipment including software and hardware.

  • Experience with the delivery of web based applications, database processes, reporting data structures and reporting/business intelligence application development

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and results oriented leadership skills with the ability to be a successful team builder in a time critical environment.

  • Effectively develop relationships with customer peers during the course of projects

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Lead cross functional, matrixed teams of project performers on multiple projects simultaneously and facility on-time, on-budget delivery of project objectives.

  • Identifies needs and will allocate the appropriate resources to meet timely completion of specific project tasks.

  • Understanding of and experience working within an enterprise Change Management process.

  • Works effectively with minimal supervision to agreed guidelines and procedures.

  • Mentor and support team members on project methodologies.

  • Define, manage and communicate project scope.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and resources.

  • Experience developing and implementing a communications plan.

  • Continually monitors individual progress to insure meeting of specific deadlines.

  • Experience and ability to report project status to executive level stakeholders.

  • Insurance industry P/C experience

  • Coordinating successful transition of customers from installation/implementation to Post-Implementation Customer Support Team.

  • Good understanding of data structures and SQL

  • Basic knowledge of IT applications, data processing, and claims processing.

  • 8 to 10 years' experience leading project teams and executing projects

  • Work a flexible schedule around project deadlines and implementations, as necessary.

  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience

  • Travel is required up to 20%

  • Located in Worthington, OH office

Principal Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

  • Develop, implement, track and report on project plan, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, issues, communication, resource billing, integration and scope statement.

  • Lead and manage project team in day-to-day activities and meetings necessary to successful complete the project.

  • Interface with key customer project leaders and business resources

  • Provides direction to project teams including assignment of individual responsibilities, tasks and technical functions.

  • Coordinates and actively participates in all stages of project development including research, design, programming, testing and implementation.

  • Completion of other duties in needed to support business objectives
