Plan the project execution, project planning documents: schedule, PSR, master budget, forecast, and invoice schedulesConducts project planning and weekly status meetingsMonitors and manages project processAdministers subcontracts and approves vendor invoices; reviews subcontractsCoordinates site/go-live supportCoordinates spare parts, training and project documentationManages project close-out which include turnover to Customer Service and final paymentsManages Change Requests/OrdersAssists with managing the creation and execution of commissioning plans, acceptance testing and customer sign-offsAttends the following meetings: turnover, kick-off, project planning, installation kick-off, project planning, installation kick-off, and departmentalAttends or conducts weekly project status meetingsAttends design reviews, customer design reviews and approvalsAssesses contract documents and PRDUpdates schedules/forecasts; manages costsCreates notes for and attends Operations Planning MeetingsTravel onsite for Kick off, Testing support and Go-live supportMay be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned25 Schedule and Milestone development/mgmt 30 customer relationships 15 Risk/OPP development and management 15 Project Performance 10 Budget analysisYOU MUST HAVE* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business discipline or related field * 5-8 years of Project Management experience * Ability to anticipate, size, and mitigate risk * Comprehensive computer application skills MS Office products (Excel, Word, MPP, SharePoint)* Cross functional team management experienceKnowledge of contract language and accounting functions * Excellent written, verbal communication, and facilitation skills * Experience working with multiple teams, both internal and external * General knowledge of Material Handling Equipment, Warehouse Management * Ability to think analytically; uses judgment and decision making; requires analyzing information and using logic to address work-related problems; considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate oneWE VALUE*
