Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.
AT&T has an opening for a Technical Project Manager - To support the Network Operations Center in providing IT project coordination and oversight.
Responsible for project management of activities associated with maintaining and upgrading network services at customer sites and data-centers
Coordination and oversight of site surveys, identification of power requirements, build-to instructions, installation and implementation of network engineering design packages
Oversee and coordinate activities associated with incident management and provisioning of fiber networks, ensure deployment readiness such as verification of parts availability and access to customer locations
Coordinate schedules to ensure changes occur during approved outage windows and coordinate with all stakeholders as appropriate
Develop procedures for troubleshooting, tracking, and reporting repair efforts
Update database(s) and documentation as part of the repair effort
Required Clearance: TSSCI with Polygraph. (#polygraph).
This position requires ability to satisfy a government administered high risk screening.
Required Qualifications/Certifications: Candidate must have a total of 10 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 10 years of work history OR an Associate's and 8 years, a Bachelors' and 6 years, a Masters and 4 years or a PhD and 0 years of work history.
Experience successfully managing small to medium size projects in a complex network environment.
Desired Qualifications/Certifications: BICSI, ITIL
