What You'll Do

  • Reporting to the US West Coast & LATAM Head of Projects, you will be instrumental in turning our customer complex projects into a success, while being attentive to our service margin targets.

Responsibilities Responsibility for deployment, configuration, testing (UAT) and launch support of software projects for our customers. The position includes project management activities (planning, resource management, follow up etc.), and also engineering activities such as systems analysis, software installation and configuration. Integration with third party systems, acceptance testing and coaching for launch of operations. In addition, Dalet solutions increasingly include state of the art technologies such as Cloud architectures, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Machine Learning. The candidate will be involved in configuring, testing and troubleshooting solutions based on those technologies.

Engineering or IT degree mandatory

  • Knowledge in project management tools and techniques is required

  • Highly experienced in IT, especially Windows and SQL environment

  • Fluent in English with good communication, organizational, synthesis and writing skills.

  • Competence in video and cloud would be a plus.

  • Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail and ability to drive projects

  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or French would also be advantageous.

  • Commercial awareness, able to participate in pre-sales activities or at industry trade shows.

As a Home Lending Manager you will be responsible for executing on the strategic business plan to promote and market the firm's mortgage products to clients, team members and partners inside and outside the branch footprint, attain mortgage lending goals, generate profit and manage and grow a team of Home Lending Advisors. Specifically, there are three areas of major focus: Manage/Grow Retail Mortgage Production * #1 Goal - Establish Retail Mortgage as the Premier Branch Partner (In Footprint territories) * Develop partnership/working relationship with Bank Market & District Managers * Ensure flawless execution by mortgage team of the coverage model and all Mortgage Banker behaviors; recommend changes as necessary to ensure right number of Home Lending Advisors and right personnel * Enlist feedback from bank management and individual branch/survey results * Participate actively in all Bank Business Reviews * Meet CRA requirements * Leverage outside branch mortgage opportunities to bring customers to the bank * Partner w/Operations and Underwriting to ensure great customer service and high-quality originations * Be responsible and accountable for compliance in all aspects of your geography * Partner with Emerging Markets and Business Development to leverage all mortgage opportunities in assigned geography Leadership Management * Attract, retain and develop Home Lending Advisors who thrive in Chase's business model * Provide overall sales leadership throughout the region.
