ManTech is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in the Chantilly, Virginia. The Technical Project Manager will lead a team and manage projects that deliver forensics data, analytics, and software development expertise to the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interface and liaison between the program staff and customers and perform as the technical subject matter expert.

• Implement a project management model that ensures a positive customer experience.

• Manage all program complex project development, delivery, and implementation services delivered on-time within budget and scope.

• Create and maintain a master schedule; performing schedule analysis, monitoring project progress against schedule and resolving variances, validating completion of scheduled project activities and milestones, providing weekly updates to customers and program management.

• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure successful delivery of all projects.

• Provide design ideas for new capabilities or recommendations for improvements to existing capabilities, and deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customer and changing business needs.

• Create and deliver briefings, presentations, reports and metrics to customers and Program leadership.

• Attend customer meetings and record detailed minutes.

• Engage with the customer or customer representative to fully understand the desired customer functionality and then strives to develop the best technical solution.

• Manage performance of tasks necessary to achieve the most efficient and effective execution of the project objectives.

• Utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.

• Communicate project status with leadership and customers.

• Interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

• Answer technical questions regarding products and services.

• Have strong understanding of "best practice" software design and good command of Assembly, C/C++, or Python.

Basic Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in software development, cybersecurity, computer science or similar

• 9+ years of experience managing technical projects utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's of Science degree or 6 additional years of technical experience in lieu of degree

• Active/Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with coding or development in C, C++, C#/.NET, Java or Python.

• Experience in digital forensics.

• Experience or in-depth knowledge of national intelligence agencies or DoD cyber components.

• Experience with Git version control systems.

• Experience presenting written and oral presentations to technical, non-technical and and executive level stakeholders.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Active and current TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements: Able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
