As a Technical Project Manager III in the Corporate Technology Employee Platforms team, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs in that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects

  • Acts as an individual contributor working across global teams to deliver a successful vendor onboarding experience

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation

  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment

  • Primary minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cybersecurity, technology and operational controls, information security, technology audit, technology compliance, third party risk management governance or technology outsourcing discipline

  • Partner with Delivery Manager, Product Security & Third Party Oversight teams to ensure effective risk management of vendors engaged by business teams.

  • Able to work autonomously to affect change - flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities; manages competing priorities to achieve the most effective result and able to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities

  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve

  • Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies

  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Good communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders

  • Good time management and planning skills along with the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time

  • Excellent knowledge of assessment processes, including the identification and classification of risk

  • Possession of an active security or information risk certification

  • Experience in HR Sourcing specifically Benefits (Health Insurance, Wellness offering)
