Technical Project Manager

Job Description Job Description Technical Project Manager Overview Evolver is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in the Financial District in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units, internal IT staff, and external vendors in the development, implementation and support of Investment Management Systems Gather and document requirements from business users and work with development team for design and implementation Manage Systems Development Lifecycle Cycle for projects from start to finish Serve as mentor for other analysts and engineers Must be well-organized, be able to work independently, and have strong ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.

Basic Qualifications: 7 years of project management experience with financial systems 5 years of hands-on testing experience with financial systems 3 years of hands-on experience with Investment Management Systems 3 years of financial product knowledge including Fixed Income, Equities, Settlements, Liquidity Management, Security Master, Performance and Benchmarks Bachelor’s Degree required. Will consider 7 years of field related experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree. Preferred Qualifications: 10 years of project management experience with financial systems 7 years of hands-on testing experience with financial systems 5 years of hands-on experience with Investment Management Systems 5 years of financial product knowledge including Fixed Income, Equities, Settlements, Liquidity Management, Security Master, Performance and Benchmarks Comprehensive understanding of trade flows through several systems and business processes; Well written & spoken communication; Proven ability to oversee multiple development activities and help other team members to resolve project issues; Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills; Maintain high customer service levels by effectively working with team members, other internal organizations, vendors, and customers; Ability to interview business side and translate requirements to technical specifications for development team; Experience with Oracle or SQL Server is a plus; Experience with Eagle Investment Systems is a plus.
