We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in architectural services to join our team. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication channels between stakeholders, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage technical architecture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and senior management, to define project requirements, goals, and success criteria. Resource Planning and Allocation:

Identify resource requirements and allocate personnel, effectively to support project needs. Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, leveraging knowledge of architectural principles, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and open communication channels with project team members, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables through rigorous testing, validation, and adherence to industry standards and regulations. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies, promoting efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Documentation and Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Ensure adherence to SLAs.

Manage and track projects using Jira. Build dashboards and present insights to senior-level stakeholders. Create and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with detailed metrics.

Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and build a comprehensive knowledge repository. Upskill and cross-skill team members to demonstrate quarterly knowledge and skill set gains aligned with the client's IT objectives. Manage an onsite/offshore team, ensuring clear communication and coordination between teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience of 15 years managing technical architecture projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the automotive sector. Strong technical background with expertise in architectural principles, design patterns, and software development methodologies.

Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management tools. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Benefits: 401(k). Dental Insurance.

The salary will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant education, qualifications, experience, technical skills, and business needs. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.

Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base. Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
