Defense Point Security is looking for a Technical Project Manager in Fairfax, VA.
Work with SOC personnel and executive management daily
Track tasks/deliverables and due dates
Manage escalation procedures and ensure tasks are met/responded to on time
Curation and delivery of weekly/monthly SOC shift reports
Work with customers on issue tracking, responses, and overall tracking/sharing of documentation on process improvements
Attend customer status meetings and report on progress, timelines, status, priorities
Assist in managing/tracking account requests
Work on special projects
This position requires U.S. Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation
5 years experience in either IT Security / Program Support
2 years experience in a project management role
Experience working in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Jira
Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio
PMP Certification preferred
