We are seeking to bring on board an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work closely with Government program leads /chief technologists to manage IT programs for the DoD agencies. You will be one of the key members of the program team working with high-caliber, dynamic, fast-paced technical teams to deliver innovative solutions and mission-critical services in the areas of IT infrastructure, software development, cloud implementation, and DevSecOps.

Location: Ft. Eustis VA

Start Date: Pending Contract Award

Clearance: Active Secret

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for overall program delivery, while working in close collaboration of cross-function teams

• Provide administrative and programmatic support as required by the contract

• Develop customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and facilitating program growth

• Support Business Development, Capture, and Proposal efforts as needed

Required Skills:

• Must have at least 5 years' experience as a Program Manager on an IT or Systems Engineering (SE) related program

• Must have at least 10 years of demonstrated experience managing software intensive technology projects within complex IT environments

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying the Software Development Life Cycle processes and successful delivery of high-quality software applications

• Possess skills and experience leading development and maintenance of software applications employing Microsoft technologies including NET, JavaScript, Azure, DevSecOps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Windows Server

Required Experience:

• Experience with the application of Business Intelligence (BI), integration of both structured and unstructured data in support of operational processes, and management of a diverse workforce to solve complex information management challenges

• Experience with cloud service providers, both Government and/or commercial, as well as collaboration efforts with DISA

• Experience working with and supporting Army Leadership

• At least two years' experience/knowledge with principles of cloud computing, systems administration, network engineering, and data warehousing using third party hosting providers

• Experience leading large, enterprise web-based software applications with complex data federation demonstrated by leading software teams of over 25 staff members

• Experience responding to and expeditiously resolving system availability disruptions and maintaining continuity of operations through ITIL processes.

Education:

• Must possess a Bachelors' Degree
