Client requires a Junior to Mid Level Person
Need someone from Wifi/Bluetooth/Networking protocols background.
Manage dependencies within and with external teams.
Track and prioritize feature/surface/system development work from concept to launch.
Drive and lead engineering teams to identify, prioritize and track tasks to completion targets
Identify risks and corresponding mitigation plans, and put into motion the solutions
Identify process gaps and quickly set-up / bootstrap lightweight processes to fill gaps.
Partner closely with PM and Eng leads to understand and influence product direction and ensure execution matches.
We're looking for someone who is:
Technically strong and deep software development life-cycle experience (general API/SDK knowledge big +)
Technically understand Wifi, Bluetooth, and Networking protocols, OAuth
Strong leadership skills and communication skill
Able to create and lead a large program holistically - proven experience doing this
Strong end-to-end structured problem solving
Extremely proactive and willing to get their hands dirty.
Able to keep up with technical discussions.
Comfortable/thrives with a certain amount of chaos / ambiguity.
Has strong written & verbal communication skills -
Education :
Bachelors or Higher Degree

Certifications :
Any certifications are huge Plus

The Client Daydream VR & AR teams are fast-moving groups of engineers, designers, and research scientists tasked with building the world's best platform for VR & AR, along with hardware devices, and developing VR & AR apps and tools. Manager is looking for a Program Coordinator/Associate Program Manager who will help run our beta and development programs. Candidate will be in the front line and be directly involved with community management. Candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and operations to execute on existing programs, process improvements, and gathering requirements for new programs. Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent coordination and project management skills Capable of managing high pressure, short timelines and willingness to be flexible Preferred Previous experience managing and tracking pre-released consumer hardware and software Hands-on expertise with VR/AR and Android ecosystem a plus Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing development projects Resourceful and proactive when problem solving.
