Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a High Performance Computing Modernization Integrated Technical Service program. This individual must have the following experience;

  • Oversight and guidance of all technical efforts across the program.

  • Experience in managing projects within a DoD Supercomputing Resource Centers (DSRC) for the High Performance Computing Modernization Program.

  • Apply advanced level of project and program management knowledge to solve a variety of complex technical issues.

  • M anaging cost, schedule, and technical performance of program.

  • Possess and provide clear technical vision and prioritization of all technical initiatives to ensure stabilization and continuous service improvement.

  • Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer management.

Develop site expertise and technical capability; provide oversight on analyses and component collection, method reviews, and third-party laboratory partnerships. Work with plant and business teams in a highly cross-functional way to develop a robust Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), best in class quality control processes and programs. Guide and support QC initiatives as they relate to food safety and quality. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership/People and Cross-Functional Management * Lead and manage the quality control laboratory alignment and optimization * Lead teams to discuss optimization of data management and analysis for statistical process control (SPC) * Develop processes and workflows to manage the activities of QC, minimize non-conformance costs, optimize first pass quality by improving in process testing capabilities Program Management Maximize manufacturing QC testing capabilities and efficiency * Optimize testing capability to minimize costs, improve overall product quality and impact cost of non-conformance * Draft and design laboratory layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency during production * Optimize front line operations performance in product measurement, inspection, and testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability in real time * Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities * Evaluate precision and accuracy of production; advise on testing criteria, equipment calibration and technical aptitude to formulate corrective action plans for product failures * Apply statistical methods and process capability to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards jointly with operations partners * Apply statistical methods and process capability to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards jointly with operations partners * Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs Manage QC Methodology, sampling protocols and customer specifications * Formulate sampling procedures and designs, develop sampling plans, inspection criteria and data management capability to optimize data trends, reporting and inventory turnaround times * Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product * Review customer specifications to ensure we can meet their QC testing requirements.
