You use PMBOK/PMI best practices to provide full SDLC Project Management
You enjoy leading Agile Teams on large scale enterprise level development
You're passionate about delivering mission critical Enterprise solutions

You have 5+ years of experience with software development program planning/management.
You have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
You have experience working in an Agile development environments running Agile ceremonies.
You are experience in problem solving and leadership skills to motivate employees to reach the mission and goals.
You have experience with leading large teams of 100+ resources consisting of project managers, business analysts and technical resources.
You have experience with monitoring and managing the financials of an IT program which is larger than $75 million in revenue.
You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field.
You have the ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Technical background in Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture or similar.
You have CSM or PMI-ACP Certification
Hold an active Secret or Top Secret Government clearance
What your day will look like:
You'll work with technical teams to provide development, modernization and enhancements to mission critical software applications
You'll bridge any gaps between the Technical and Business Teams.
You'll develop, cultivate and manage customer relationships.
You'll maintain lines of communication with supported government COR/COTR.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans.
You'll manage potential impacts of project scope changes and make recommendations to software development projects.
You'll escalate risks of the project to appropriate government and company stakeholders
