Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

The Air Dominance and Strike Division is one of Anduril's fastest growing divisions. Our goal is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. This role sits within the AD&S Operations team - a small but mighty team that enables the division to scale into Anduril's largest division over the next few years while breaking as few things as possible. We're looking for someone to own our division's classified infrastructure across secure buildings, networks, software, and personnel, all of which enable us to execute on our most sensitive programs.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Build out and maintain the complete set of classified infrastructure demand across the division - these requirements will range in complexity and nuance across physical space, networks, computing, and personnel - in partnership with Program Managers and Chief Engineers

  • Define the global division-level roadmap and priorities for infrastructure to ensure that networks and facilities exist when and where they're needed so our engineering teams can design and test our technologies as the organization scales in headcount and program volume

  • Partner with other functional teams - specifically Information Security, Security Services, Business Systems, and Facilities - to drive deployment of infrastructure from inception to completion

  • Identify and develop tools and processes for continuously improving the intake, management, and execution of infrastructure requirements

  • Build the bridge between classified and unclassified environments so that engineering and administrative workflows are consistent and efficient when they need to exist on both sides

Here's who you are:

  • You represent the Air Dominance and Strike division, but partner closely with functional teams across the organization

  • You love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way

  • You're an expert in project management techniques, organizational skills, technical competence, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • You're both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility

  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • You're highly detail oriented and data-driven

  • You're discerning and an incredibly fast learner

  • You're tactical and don't only sit at a 30,000 foot level

  • You have 6+ years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or in finance or consulting

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with classified environments

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance
