The Central Services organization is the operational core of the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) functions. We build tools, improve process, and develop and manage strategic programs to accelerate the collective impact of EPD. In this role, you will work in the Central Services group supporting a wide range of EPD programs that contribute to the overall org. You will collaborate with your team, other Central Services technical and program managers, key stakeholders across EPD, and HR Business Partners and Chiefs of Staff.
This TPM role will help scale various EPD programs and systems, improving process, communication and operating cadence for each program. You will help develop and execute on the roadmaps, identifying skill gaps, setting up processes, and working with engineers to build systems and tools for sustainable growth of these programs.
You will identify, implement, and communicate improvements to scale existing programs
You will manage a team of TPgM's and PgM's
You will influence programs/projects across EPD
You will manage training and coaching of your team members
You will ensure all programs have simplified, repeatable, documented processes and governance
You will ensure all programs have clear and regular communication cadences and success measurements and reporting
You will be an ambassador for Dropbox engineering, product, and design culture and values, proactively injecting Cupcake and maximizing the community-building impact of our programs
4+ years of technical program management experience
Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, PMs, and designers
Excellent facilitation skills and integrity in communication
Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple workstreams, projects and programs
You have outstanding relationship-building, and influencing skills
You have the ability for making programs delightful and inclusive
Knowledge of and experience with the software development lifecycle
Ability to leverage technical tools to scale programs and solutions
