We help our clients design approaches to integrate new technologies, skills, and processes so they can get the most out of their technology investment and drive business results and innovation. Our team helps organisations align their business and operational requirements through the careful design of digital platforms and applications. You'll help our clients with application optimisation, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Working on large, cross-functional teams and projects demonstrating success in managing complex and/or large scale global projects, including managing remote teams;

  • Possessing a technical program management background, and knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure is a plus) including end-to-end ownership of multiple initiatives in parallel in a related industry;

  • Partnering with Product, User Experience, Strategy, Engineering, Science, and many other internal teams to understand their requirements, synthesize them and work with teammates to build global scalable solutions for our clients;

  • Working with distributed systems and/or developing large scale web applications;

  • Building relationships and partnerships;

  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, document them, synthesize them for the product team, coordinate tasks across multiple teams and establish delivery on time and on budget;

  • Understanding of agile methodology (preferably a scrum master), working with Product Management and User Experience to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features;

  • Succeeding in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities;

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to establish strategic deliverables are completed on schedule;

  • Working with different teams to understand their requirements, document tasks, identify risks, lay out dependencies and communicate status;

  • Designing end-to-end solutions-not just features-by developing an understanding of how PwC works;

  • Applying technology to business challenges in clean & innovative ways, becoming a trusted advisor to your partners and their teams;

  • Owning programs, projects and influencing the Firm's direction;

  • Collaborating with business partners to define product requirements, plans, and deliverables;

  • Identifying dependencies across the projects in the program and resolving conflicts;

  • Developing and communicating program objectives, inspiring and motivating staff, and maintaining alignment with the business strategy; and,

  • Explaining and "selling" the program goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.
