Technical Program Manager, Data Center Network Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program management.

• 5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber-optics, or critical systems design and engineering.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Certifications in Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), PMP.

• Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and within budget.

• Knowledge of fast-track design build processes.

• Understanding of facility electrical and mechanical systems related to network infrastructure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional partner teams and site-based execution teams through subject matter expert technical guidance.

• Partner with internal and external teams, help develop and socialize processes and procedures to enable the team to operate efficiently with consistent results.

• Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions.

• Resolve issues within the organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.
