Amazon Web Services (AWS) business is rapidly expanding its global presence and we are looking for a highly motivated Security Assurance Program Manager to help lead our Security Assurance Engineering and Architecture Readiness team.

As part of the AWS Security Assurance team, this role will build the bridges between security, technology and compliance by working directly with our AWS service teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, and related Amazon corporate teams. We seek team members that are technically experienced and are innovative security/compliance professionals with ability to dive deep into a variety of complex architectures, understand IT processes, and map product offerings to existing and emerging compliance standards. In the role, you will help drive and scale the engineering and architecture readiness program through innovative process changes across multiple organizations and teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in any combination of the following: assessing/documenting/developing IT architecture and systems, software development, IT security.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience running large cross-team initiatives across multiple functional areas or organizations.

  • Understanding of computer science fundamentals and high level design.

  • Experience in developing automated tooling in support of security controls.

  • Experience supporting information security control audits (e.g. NIST 800-53, ISO 27017/27018, PCI DSS, SOC).

  • Experience in generating automated metrics to measure IT security effectiveness and consistency.

  • Knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, security protocols, cryptography, and application security.

  • Understanding of cloud computing services/deployment architecture.

  • Proven ability to succeed in cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management; excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role

VIEW JOBS 1/25/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-04-25T00:00 Overview Peraton is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Pensacola, FL or in Arlington, VA to successfully manage the technical, schedule, and cost performance of the program, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities * Be responsible for overseeing a team of experienced operations analysts focused on cybersecurity and critical infrastructure reviewing, researching, vetting and documenting computer network defense attributes in an operational environment. * Manage program resources with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance. * Develop, review, and present information and reports, orally and in writing, to a wide range of senior staff and audiences internal and external to the organization. * Develop a performance measurements framework and facilitate a feedback system focused on customer service, communication, and technical skills. * Create and manage a training program that focuses on improving technical knowledge and customer service. * Oversee coordination of operational issues with higher headquarters, adjacent, and subordinate organizations and provide an integrated picture of operational issues affecting critical infrastructure and key resources. * Focus on growth opportunities, leveraging white papers and presentations, to address customer needs or gaps. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience or a Master's with 8+ years of experience. * Greater than 10 years' experience in managing operational environments within cybersecurity or critical infrastructure with at least at least 4 years in a supervisory capacity. * You are willing to travel. * An active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI and agency suitability. Desired Qualifications: * Have CISSP & PMP certification. * Have working knowledge of network operating and cloud-based sharing systems. * Have DOD/DISA experience.
